Brazil: Investments in Training and Education continue to rise in 2012


European economic crisis won’t modify the training and development investment strategy of Brazilians companies, said a research by Brazilian Association of Training and Development (BATD), in partnership with Organizational Change and Training (MOT).

According to Alfredo Castro, director of consulting, the investment in training in Brazil will increase 36.9% in 2012 in comparison with 2011, which is almost 10 times greater than expected in the Euro zone (3%) and seven times projected for the U.S (5%).
